With the Spork Salad Bar Program, your school gets a curated selection of fresh vegetables designed to meet USDA vegetable subgroups and excite students with variety. Each package includes four categories of produce:

That means your salad bar is always balanced, colorful, and USDA-compliant—without the planning headache.

Length: 5 school days - 4 week commitment (recommended)
Serving Size: 100 students (100 × ¼ cup servings of each category, daily)
Pricing: Preferred rate of $600 per week

We find that a 4-week period is ideal to see the benefits and impact of the program in your school's cafeteria and lunch routines. It also allows for us to provide a well-rounded selection of seasonal items.

Your program pricing will include delivery. We do not have a delivery surcharge.
